By creating an account on Courior or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Courior on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Courior is a software-as-a-service platform that helps digital marketing agencies generate white-label client reports. The service connects to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console via read-only OAuth, retrieves analytics data, uses AI to generate narrative insights, and exports branded PDF reports.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your content: Reports generated through Courior, including AI-written narrative content, are owned by you (the agency user). You may use, distribute, and modify exported reports without restriction. You retain all rights to your agency branding, logos, and client data.
Our platform: The Courior platform, including its code, design, templates, and AI models, remains the intellectual property of Courior. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
Courior uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate report narratives including executive summaries, insights, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sharing it with your clients. Courior does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Your use of Courior is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Courior and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Courior in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
